Stocked Nikolas products will usually ship within 5 business days. Custom products are manufactured when ordered and will usually ship within 10 business days. We understand that emergencies do occur and try to accommodate you if possible. We charge a $50 rush fee and if possible will ship your order within one day.

All shipments are FOB Bellwood or warehouse. Smaller shipments will be shipped via UPS. [Truck shipments will be shipped via a freight company that we have established special pricing and will be shipped freight collect.] If you have a preferred freight company, please specify on your order. In the local Chicagoland area, your order may qualify for free shipping. Ask about minimum order requirements. When your order is shipped out of state from Bellwood, Illinois and you order 55 gallons or more of the same material (can not combine products to meet minimum quantity), you may qualify for a 25% freight allowance which you can take as a credit on your next order. UPS will not allow flammable materials to be shipped by air, only standard ground service is available. When an air shipment is required, we ship via Federal Express. We do charge and additional $10 for packaging and documentation fee. This fee is also charged on international shipments due to packaging and documentation requirements.

Minimum Order  

We do require that all orders meet our minimum charge of $60. Shipping charges do not apply towards this minimum.

New companies can prepay their order by sending a check in advance or paying by Mastercard or Visa. To help keep our costs as low as possible, we can only consider customers that order on a monthly basis for an open account. If you start purchasing on a regular basis and would like to be considered for an account, please request a credit application.

Returns of Nikolas standard products will only be accepted with prior authorization. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit. Custom products cannot be returned.

When our lab matches a custom color to your specifications, you will be charged a color match fee. Ask about minimum quantities.
