Color Match
Sometimes our standard color list does not have a particular color our customer needs. We are able to match those colors for a small fee, if the customer can provide a color swatch to match to, and possibly the base metal it will be going on. Color matches normally take 10 days and minimum quantities do apply.

Customization of Products
Coatings and their applications can vary from customer to customer. This tends to be frustrating for the end-user in finding the right product for a particular application. Nikolas will customize products for these special applications. Sometimes off the shelf standard items cannot be modified enough, so developing a new coating would be the next step. Minimum quantities and a customization fee may apply.

Consulting
Sometimes a problem or project goes beyond most normal customer service. Nikolas offers a consulting program that will give you suggestions or diagnose a problem that may or may not involve one of our products. Price quotes will depend on the customer's need.
